Here, we'll get to know you, your unique needs, and your aspirations.

Week 1

Setting Your Foundation for Success & Getting Set-up with Our Dedicated App

Next, we guide you through the setup process on our user-friendly, dedicated app. Get ready to explore your new fitness home, where all your weekly workouts are just a click away. With video demonstrations, progress tracking, and clear instructions, you'll feel confident and capable as you embark on your fitness journey.

Weeks 2-7

Each week, you'll receive a new workout plan on our app, carefully crafted to challenge and support you.

You will receive 3 workouts each week on the App.

As the weeks progress, so will your strength, confidence, and well-being.

Week 8

Celebrate Your Achievements!

In the final week, you'll not only celebrate the physical transformation but also the knowledge you've gained.

We'll conclude the program with a sense of accomplishment and motivation to continue your journey beyond these 8 weeks.

“Never thought I'd ever do online exercise training. Then I accidentally fell across Fiona Pitt. We had a couple of conversations via zoom. Through these, I found Fiona to hold empathy and passion for what she does. So I decided to sign up and give her program a go.

Over the last 12 weeks, Fiona has written 3 personal training sessions per week for me. These helped me to become motivated to go to the gym regularly, and I looked forward to these sessions.

I received the sessions via an easy to use APP, which I loaded onto my phone. I would also get email reminders, I was able to message Fiona through the APP, which made things easy. If I missed a session or didn't go to the gym for a few days, Fiona would check in.

The PT sessions came in an easy to understand format with videos to show me what to do. If I wasn't sure, Fiona would send a video of herself doing the movement, which was great.

The workouts were designed specifically to my individual needs and took into account my past injuries, limitations and training history. The program included a variety of traditional bodybuilding style workouts as well as some fun and challenging CrossFit workouts, which I enjoyed.

To my surprise, the more sessions I did, the more I wanted to do them and challenge myself. What I liked was that if I missed a session due to being tired, sore or menopausal issues, Fiona would encourage me to take extra rest days &/or adjust the programming when needed, which shows compassion and understanding.

“Thank you to @theintuitivept for all her skill and patience as I slowly worked my way through a 24 workout programme (which I think was meant to take eight weeks - I took about 14!)

On paper that probably doesn't sound that great, but here are 10 things I learned:

Lifting weights is not reserved for The Incredible Hulk or people who look like him.

Exercise really is a mood booster. This is not just something that annoying people in lycra say. At times I felt better than I have in years

This sort of annoyingly hard push-yourself-in-a-good-way exercise is much more mood boosting for me than walking.

Taking things at your own pace is OK. Think of the hare and the tortoise!

Being stronger physically can make you feel stronger mentally and emotionally

Apparently this kind of weight-bearing exercise is massively important for bone density and health.

You don't have to live on the same continent as your PT - Fiona lives in Australia - it didn't stop her prodding/encouraging me when I fell off and celebrating with me when I got back on.

When you exercise your children become more interested in exercise. This is a mixed blessing if they decide to try your dumbbells then drop them

Exercising makes you more likely to reach for a vegetable, more likely to drink water, and more likely to wear moisturiser (I haven't fact checked this one)

It's acceptable to bribe yourself with the promise of cappuccino - turns out there's a way to work coffee into pretty much anything ”

“Fiona tailors to my needs and level of fitness/strength. It means each week the program can be altered according to how I feel and caters to any issues like injuries. I have a long-term back problem, so following a generic program on the internet or group class means I’m vulnerable to exacerbating this injury. Personalisation of my gym programming means there’s a sense of progression, and I can give her feedback about what works for me.

With working out at home I can choose when I do the workout. I can do it outside of gym hours, and don’t have to waste time travelling to the gym, or stress about trying to get there when it isn’t busy and queuing for equipment. 

I would recommend this style of programming to people who feel unsure about navigating the gym (setting up stations etc) and/or self-conscious exercising around the “gym scene”. Although home workouts will initially be easier for people who have some confidence and knowledge of weightlifting, Fiona is happy to explain how to do each exercise and/or send “How-to” videos. She is very supportive and helpful.”

Meet Your Perimenopause Transformation Coach

Hi! I'm Fiona Pitt, and I specialise in guiding women through the perimenopause journey when it comes to their physical health.

I understand the unique challenges your body faces because I've been there too. And I know that this phase is something you can manage and even enjoy!

Over the last 12 years I've helped countless women find a healthy balance with their diet, exercise, and overall well-being.

Fiona Pitt has a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in Environmental Health.

After working as an Environmental Health and Building Surveyor for 20 years, she quit her corporate career following the birth of her fourth child to pursue her passion for health and fitness.

She is a certified personal trainer with post graduate studies in food and nutrition. She is also a member of Size Inclusive Australia and has completed industry based courses in the Non-diet Approach and Intuitive Eating.

For the last 4 years she has been an administrator of two large online perimenopause specific communities, providing free information and resources to over 73K members.

A self-confessed science geek, you will often find Fiona pouring over the latest research articles on women’s health, sports science and nutrition just for fun.
